But first, let's chat.

I'm the type of photographer who doesn't do a lot of the classic posed, looking straight at the camera kind of photos. And if you're simply searching for cheapest option, we might not be the best fit. And there's absolutely nothing wrong with that. I want you to have a photographer who fits exactly what you need and want. 

For me, photography is so much more than just something you check off your list when it comes to wedding planning. It's easy to get caught up  with what your makeup looks like, whether or not each centerpiece has the proper amount of eucalyptus, or who's sitting in what seat at dinner, but your photos will be the only thing (other than your insane love for each other) that will last past your wedding day. The photos will only increase in value over time because it will be all that's left to remember your big day together with all your favorite people.

You'll likely walk into your engagement session claiming that you suck at taking photos together, but I promise to make each step of the process fun and make you feel like the camera isn't even there. The photos will be so much more than some awkward prom poses- they will bring out your quirky, weird, goofy, beautiful selves.

There will be moments I capture that aren't considered "picture perfect" because those are my favorite moments- the perfectly imperfect. Those moments where your flower girl attempts to put on your fancy heels, the groomsmen foolishly attempting to put on their own boutonnieres, your grandma wiping away tears from her cheek, you laughing so hard you cry at an Office quote your maid of honor blurted out. Those precious, hilarious moments that will have you feeling all the feels looking back on them. 

If you aren't afraid to get a little dirt on your dress, love a little wind blowing in your hair, or quote New Girl like there's no tomorrow, we're meant to work together and I for one can't wait to get to know you.
